She quickly rose through the ranks and became the youngest merchandiser in the company.
Seeking to broaden her knowledge and experience, Schubert transitioned to buying for South Africa’s largest retail chain, Mr. Price. This role provided her with invaluable insights into clothing retail, financial planning, and range assorting, further honing her skills in the business of fashion.
