Little B’s Bubble Tea

As an avid foodie myself I could not get the delicious bubble tea I tried at my local food market out of my mind. It kept popping back into my thoughts and dreams.

Coming from an entrepreneurial family I have always wanted to try “my own thing”

After not to much thought and a leap of faith Little B’s Bubble Tea was born.

Bubble tea is a tea-based drink originating in Taichung, Taiwan in the early 1980s that includes chewy tapioca balls or a wide range of other toppings. Ice-blended versions are frozen and put into a blender, resulting in a slushy consistency. There are many varieties of the drink with a wide range of flavors.
